Now that spring has arrived, the flowers are in full bloom, the trees have turned green, and the grass has started to grow.

I would like to take this time to remind you that the Town of Easton is making every effort to keep its neighborhoods looking their best for all who live here, as well as for those who visit. Your help is needed in this effort!

The Town of Easton's property maintenance codes state that you are required to keep your grasses and weeds cut and maintained. It also requires that you keep your bushes properly trimmed over sidewalks and streets. Please be advised that the Town will issue a "Notice

of Correction" for any code violations that are witnessed by the Code Enforcement Dept.

You will be allotted a time frame to make any correction of a notice. However if the violations have not been corrected within the specified time frame, the Town of Easton may have the work completed by a contractor. The cost for said work, in addition to a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged, and will be held as a lien against the real property.

Please help us keep the Town of Easton and its neighborhoods looking their best!
