  1. On 2/23/01, Easton Police Arrested Barbara Winston on drug paraphernalia charges and making a false statement to a police officer. Winston was placed under arrest when she was found to be in possession of a suspected "Crack Pipe" and giving a false name to a police officer. Winston was taken before court commissioner and placed in the Talbot County Detention Center on a temporary committal.
  2. On 2/23/01, Easton Police served an arrest warrant on a Seaford De. man, Orville Robinette for one count of Bad Check. Robinette was taken before the court commissioner and released on his own recognize.
  3. On 2/23/01, Easton Police arrested Mathew John Jones of Easton for driving while intoxicated after making a traffic stop for speeding.
