Subdivision Review - The fee shall be the application fee and any plat review fees. In addition, the Town Engineer is authorized to assign an inspector to any project, which in his opinion requires closer inspection. The cost associated shall be billed to the developer.

• Sketch Plats / Minor Subdivisions Fee - $500.00**
• Plat Review Fee - $250.00**
• Preliminary Plats - $150.00 per lot **
• Property Line Adjustment - $300.00**

Appeals - $200.00 refundable if appeal is successful.
