it has been my observation and personal experience that people are drawn to the area in and around easton due to its' small town feeling and wonderful natural beauty. having moved into the area at considerable personal sacrifice, it is disappointing to see many of the same horrors i left behind in baltimore county (big box,lack of zoning enforcement,greedy developers,lack of vision by elected officials etc.,etc.),follow me to the shore. . easton needs to understand that once it becomes just like every other place, its' appeal will vanish,along with its' open spaces. if you build it- they won't come.
