Gas Operations Technician Trainee (GOTT)
This entry level position in our gas department requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good verbal communication skills and ability to work well with customers, contractors and fellow employees. Ability to follow written and verbal direction. Job involves working outside in all weather conditions as well as climbing, lifting, bending, digging and the ability to push, pull and lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. Must pass annual respirator fit test. Possess the ability to work safely in a hazardous atmosphere while utilizing flame resistant gear and breathing apparatus. May require the need to work in excess of an 8 hour day. Must possess a valid Maryland driver’s license.

Survey Party Chief
Easton Utilities is now looking for a Survey Party Chief.
Major job duties include performing surveying and technical tasks under general direction of the Surveying Division Manager. Examples of work include boundary and construction surveying, supervising operation of field crew, training crew members and drawing plats.
Must be physically capable of fieldwork including walking, climbing, driving stakes, lifting, and digging in all weather conditions. Three years of surveying experience with one year as instrument man necessary. CADD/drafting experience preferred.
