TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: March 17, 2008; 8:45 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice regarding business retention.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Present were cCouncil Mpersonsembers Jensen, Wendowski, Jackson-Amis and cCouncil pPresident Ford. Also present were Mayor Willey, Assistant Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Manager Mr. Karge and Mrs. Gould for Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

CONVENING

The President of the Council convened into Executive Session at 8:45 p.m.

MEETING

Mr. Kehoe updated on the discussions regarding the hospital.

Mr. Kehoe discussed a proposal tofor retain two businesses. to operate within the Town of Easton.

ADJOURNMENT

At 9:20 p.m., upon motion by Mr. Jensen seconded by Mr. Wendowski, the President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session.
