TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: January 22, 2008; 7:41 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: Consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (8).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Present were council persons Taylor, Jensen, Wendowski, Jackson-Amis and council president Ford. Also present were Mayor Willey, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. VanEmburgh, Town Manager Mr. Karge and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

CONVENING

The President of the Council convened into Executive Session at 7:41 p.m.

MEETING

Ms. Van Emburgh discussed four matters regarding litigation.

ADJOURNMENT

At 7:51 p.m., upon motion by Mr. Wendowski seconded by Ms. Scott-Taylor and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session.
