TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: December 3, 2007; 8:45 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: To discuss personnel matters that affects 1 or more specific individuals.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (1)(i) and (ii).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Present were council persons Taylor, Jensen, Wendowski and council president Ford. Also present were Mayor Willey and the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

CONVENING

At 8:45 p.m., the President of the Council Mr. Ford called the Closed Session to order.

MEETING

Discussion occurred regarding personnel matters.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 9:15 p.m.
