TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: November 5, 2007; 9:41 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto; and to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (3) and § 10-508 (a) (8).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Manager Mr. Karge and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

CONVENING

At 9:40 p.m., the President of the Council Mr. Ford called the Closed Session to order.

MEETING

Mr. Kehoe discussed flooding and inadequate stormwater drains.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 10:19 p.m.
