TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: October 15, 2007; 6:35 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: To discuss a matter directly related to a negotiating strategy.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (14).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Chief Blue, Town Manager Mr. Karge and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf. Ms. Scott-Taylor was excused.

CONVENING

At 6:43 p.m., the President of the Council Mr. Ford called the Closed Session to order.

MEETING

Mayor Willey discussed a telephone call from the Board of Education regarding negotiations.

(Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:54 p.m.).

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 7:03 p.m.
