TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: October 1, 2007; 6:35 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: To discuss any other personnel matter that affects 1 or more specific individuals.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (2).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor and Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Manager Robert Karge and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

CONVENING

At 9:00 p.m., the President of the Council Mr. Ford called the Closed Session to order.

MEETING

Mayor Willey discussed concerns regarding the Grade Step Table.

Discussion occurred regarding pension.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 9:29 p.m.
