TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
PURPOSE: Consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State; consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; consult with staff, consultants or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.
CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (4), § 10-508 (a) (7), § 10-508 (a) (8).
PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor and Mr. Wendowski. Also in attendance were the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Manager Robert Karge and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.
At 6:35 p.m., the President of the Council Mr. Ford called the Closed Session to order.
MEETING
The Town Attorney discussed developments with regard to the hospital.
Mr. Jensen arrived at 6:39 p.m.
Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:46 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 6:56 p.m.
