Also in attendance were the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton, Long Range Planner Mr. Thomas, Engineering Department Manager Mr. Talbot Bone and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

WORKSHOP

The President of the Council Mr. Ford called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. to talk about the Planned Redevelopment District and changes to the zoning. He stated that discussion will be confined to Council and the Planning Commission.

Mr. Thomas outlined a memo he forwarded to the Council dated July 5, 2007 regarding the Planned Redevelopment Overlay District and the four basic options for further action.

Mr. Atwood discussed the major contention and the goal to facilitate change in the area.

Mr. Moore and Mr. Wendowski were asked to work with Mr. Thomas on a revised map of the PR boundaries then report back to the Council.

The President of the Council adjourned the meeting at 7:32 p.m.
