TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: June 18, 2007; 6:42 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers

PURPOSE: Consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto.

CITATION: § 10-508 (a) (3).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. VanEmburgh, Town Manager Robert Karge, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

CONVENING

At 6:42 p.m., the President of the Council called the Closed Session to order.

MEETING

Mr. Hamilton discussed preliminary plans for Dutchman’s Lane.

Mr. Kehoe discussed the lack of sidewalks near Choptank Avenue.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session scheduled at 6:54 p.m.
