TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: April 16, 2007; 9:36 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (8).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Manager Robert Karge, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. Van Emburgh, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

Assistant Town Attorney Ms. Van Emburgh discussed water and sewer applications.

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session at 9:34 p.m.
