TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: April 2, 2007; 9:36 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State

CITATION: §10-508(a) (7); §10-508(a) (4).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Manager Robert Karge, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

The Town Attorney discussed ongoing negotiations with The Memorial Hospital at Easton.

Mr. Kehoe discussed the Hog Neck site Talbot County has offered The Memorial Hospital at Easton.

Mr. Kehoe discussed zoning regulations in the Town of Easton.

Upon motion by Mr. Jensen, seconded by Ms. Scott-Taylor and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session at 10:32 p.m.
