TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: March 5, 2007; 9:56 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the state, consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; and personnel matter.

CITATION: § 10-508(4), § 10-508(7) § 10-508(1)(ii).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Manager Robert Karge, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, and Town Clerk Mrs. Ruf.

Mr. Kehoe discussed the legal effect of pending legislation.

Mr. Kehoe briefed on ongoing litigation.

Ms. Jackson-Amis discussed a possible conflict of interest.

Upon motion by Mr. Wendowski, seconded by Mr. Jensen and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session at 11:06 p.m.
