MEETING

Mr. Hamilton discussed the history of the east-west connector road. Mr. Hamilton introduced Mr. Matt Allen, Wallace, Montgomery & Associates, LLP.

Mr. Matt Allen discussed 2004 Transportation issues and why the meeting was being held. He discussed purpose and need analysis and stated that funding agencies require concise documentation. Mr. Allen displayed 10 scenarios and asked the community to contact the Town Council with their opinions.

Constructions costs were estimated without any land acquisitions.

Mr. Allen discussed what the next steps would be.

Mr. Allen closed the 7:00 p.m. meeting at 8:20 p.m. and the 8:30 p.m. meeting at 9:00 p.m.
