TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  January 2, 2007; 8:13 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: § 10-508(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Clerk Robert Karge and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Mayor Willey discussed a letter received regarding the Talbot County Airport.

The Town Attorney discussed pending litigation.

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session at 8:23 p.m.
