CONVENING

The President of the Council called the workshop meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

WORKSHOP MEETING

Mr. Grunden thanked the Council for their time.

Mr. Grunden presented a Power Point Presentation with the following agenda:

Need for rate adjustment
Impact of rising programming costs
Proposed adjustments
Customer impact and rate comparisons
Programming Cost Adjustment
Timeline
Questions and Answers

Mr. Grunden stated that the adjustment is needed to offset growing expenses and that the current prices are the lowest in the region. Mr. Grunden stated that Easton Cable saved customers about $1.2 million in FY06.

Mr. Grunden discussed programming costs and the rate adjustments since the last increase.

Mr. Grunden stated that new channels have been added to meet contract requirements and high customer demand. He stated that current expenses are greater than revenues.

Proposed pricing was discussed and the impact of the proposed adjustment.

With changes, Easton Cable will charge less than other providers and the expenses at Easton Cable are greater than revenues.

Mr. Grunden discussed the implementation timeline.
