TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  November 20, 2006, 8:57 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: § 10-508(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Clerk Robert Karge and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Discussion occurred regarding the use of the Town’s meeting room facilities.

The Town Attorney discussed a business proposal.

The President of the Council adjourned the Closed Session at 9:23 p.m.
