TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  August 21, 2006, 8:04 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; to discuss pending litigation and to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State.

CITATION: § 10-508(7), (8), (4).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Clerk Robert Karge, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, President and CEO Easton Utilities Hugh E. Grunden.

The Town Attorney briefed on potential litigation.

Mayor Willey discussed personnel issues.

The Town Attorney discussed the Planning Commissions recommendation regarding the tattoo parlor.

Ms. Jackson-Amis discussed employees’ concerns.

Mr. Bond returned at 8:45 p.m.

Lot coverage and building coverage for commercial projects was discussed.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:52 p.m.
