TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  June 5, 2006, 9:47 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: 1) to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto, and; 2) to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: § 10-508(3); § 10-508(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge and Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe.

Mayor Willey discussed a letter received regarding annexation.

The Town Attorney discussed the use of Town parks.

The Town Clerk suggested implementing a policy.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 10:07 p.m.
