TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  May 15, 2006, 8:47 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To discuss real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto; consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State.

CITATION: § 10-508(3); § 10-508(4).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen and Mr. Wendowski. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. VanEmburgh, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

The Assistant Town Attorney, Ms. VanEmburgh discussed a meeting regarding a proposed land transfer.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:50 p.m.
