TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  May 1, 2006, 5:50 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel and staff regarding contract negotiations, possible litigation and other legal matters.

CITATION: § 10-508(14).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford and Mr. Wendowski. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge, Chief Blue and Major Spencer.

Discussion occurred regarding bid and contract issues.

Mr. Jensen arrived at 5:54 p.m.

Mr. Grunden and Mr. Roberts arrived at 6:07 p.m.

Mr. Grunden briefed on utility service territory issues.

Mr. Grunden and Mr. Roberts departed at 6:48 p.m.

Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:49 p.m.

Discussion occurred regarding potential litigation.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:49 p.m.
