TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  March 20, 2006, 8:46 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consider the acquisition of real property for public purpose and matters directly related thereto; to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.

CITATION: § 10-508(3); § 10-508(7); § 10-508(1)(ii).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge and Chief Blue.

The President of the Council discussed plans for the Talbot County Library.

The President of the Council discussed the need for all Council members to be fully apprised of Council business.

The Town Attorney discussed an alleged misconduct complaint.

Ms. Jackson-Amis asked for clarification regarding a personnel matter.

Upon motion by Mr. Wendowski seconded by Mr. Jensen and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:25 p.m.
