TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  March 6, 2006, 8:11 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State; consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(7), §10-508(a)(4), §10-508(a)(3).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

Mr. Bond discussed a pending annexation proposal.

Mr. Bond discussed a property proposal in the downtown.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:11 p.m.
