TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  March 6, 2006, 6:33 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(8).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Clerk Robert Karge and Mr. Grunden, Mr. Roberts and Mr. Paul Moeller from Easton Utilities.

Mr. Grunden introduced Mr. Paul Moeller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Grunden discussed Easton Utilities’ service issues.

Mr. Kehoe arrived at 6:44 p.m.

Ms. Jackson-Amis departed at 6:50 p.m.

Mr. Bond arrived at 6:50 p.m.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:53 p.m.
