TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  February 6, 2006, 9:30 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Clerk Robert Karge.

Discussion occurred of various options relative to various property uses.

Mayor Willey departed at 9:49 p.m.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:59 p.m.
