TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  January 17, 2006, 9:36 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To discuss real estate and consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(4), §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Ms. Ruf for the Town Clerk.

Mr. Ford discussed the county property at 142 N. Harrison Street.

Discussion occurred regarding a joint meeting with the Town Council and the County Council.

The Town Attorney discussed a complaint received by the Town of Easton Ethics Committee.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:52 p.m.
