TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  January 3, 2006, 6:45 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the state and the advice of legal counsel.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(4) and §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Assistant to the Town Engineer Mr. Hause and Mr. Karge, the Town Clerk.

The Town Attorney briefed on an offer to purchase Town of Easton property.

The Town Attorney discussed a rezoning request.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:54 p.m.
