TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  December 5, 2005, 8:59 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the state; to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4); §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Mr. Karge, the Town Clerk.

Discussion occurred regarding a proposed project.

The Town Attorney consulted with the Council regarding a legal matter.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 10:29 p.m.
