Also in attendance was Mr. Matt Birkelien from Clifton Gunderson CPA’s, Town Clerk Robert F. Karge and Ms. Carol Callahan, Controller for the Town of Easton.

CONVENING

The Mayor and Council met in a Special Audit Out brief Session at 6:21 p.m. in Council Chambers. Council President John Ford called the meeting to order.

Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:29 p.m.

Mr. Jensen arrived at 6:31 p.m.

AUDIT OUTBRIEF

Mr. Birkelien stated that Clifton Gunderson CPA’s issued a clean audit report for the Town of Easton for fiscal year 2004/2005. He briefed the Council on various aspects related to the audit.

The audit out brief meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
