TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  October 17, 2005, 8:59 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: to consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the state; to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; consult with staff, consultants or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Ms. Ruf for the Town Clerk.

The Town Attorney discussed Talbot County’s Library plans.

The Town Attorney discussed a matter to be referred to the Ethics Commission.

The Town Attorney discussed the WaWa project.
