TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  October 3, 2005, 8:54 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: 1) to discuss personnel; 2) a matter of real estate, and; 3) for the advice of counsel.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4); §10-508(a) (7) and §10-508(a) (1)(ii).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: Mayor Robert C. Willey, President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and the Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

Mayor Willey discussed an investigation conducted by the Maryland State Police regarding an Easton Police Department officer.

Mayor Willey discussed the parking issue at the Tidewater Inn.

The Town Attorney updated on the WaWa project.

Ms. Scott-Taylor discussed impact fees for a proposed project.
