TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  September 6, 2005, 9:30 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand or remain in the State.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (7), §10-508(a) (4).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton, Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond and the Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Town Attorney discussed the WaWa site plan approval.

The Town Planner departed the meeting at 10:08 p.m.

The Town Attorney discussed the location of the Talbot County Library on Harrison Street.
