TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  July 18, 2005; 8:48 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were, Assistant Town Attorney Ms. Van Emburgh, Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond and Mrs. Kathy Ruf for Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Assistant Town Attorney advised the Council on a matter relating to the potential for a long term lease of town property.

Upon motion by Ms. Scott-Taylor, seconded by Mr. Wendowski and carried unanimously, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 9:00 p.m.
