TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  May 16, 2005; 8:23 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  Before a contract is awarded or bids are opened, discuss a matter directly related to a negotiating strategy or the contents of a bid or proposal.

CITATION: §10-508(a)(14).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Engineer Mr. Glass, Mr. Talbot Bone, Engineer, Easton Utilities, and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Town Engineer discussed the next phase for the West Kennedy Street improvement project, bids in excess of budget and funding options.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:41 p.m.
