TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  February 22, 2005; 8:42 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice. 

CITATION: §10-508(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were the Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

Mayor Willey was not present.

The Council received the advice of Counsel regarding Executive Sessions.

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Wendowski made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session and reconvene into the regularly scheduled meeting.

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:55 p.m.
