TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  January 19, 2005; 6:00 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To discuss personnel. 

CITATION: §10-508(a)(1)(ii).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen and Mr. Wendowski. Also in attendance were Mayor Robert C. Willey and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Town Attorney, Mr. Kehoe arrived at 6:15 p.m.

Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:16 p.m.

DISCUSSION OF PERSONNEL

Mayor Willey discussed staffing issues.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:45 p.m.
