TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  December 6, 2004; 6:00 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE:  To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

CITATION: §10-508(7).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mr. Jensen and Mr. Wendowski. Also in attendance were Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

Ms. Scott-Taylor arrived at 6:05 p.m.

TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL TO OBTAIN LEGAL ADVICE

The Town Attorney discussed Port Street Condominium issues.

Ms. Jackson-Amis arrived at 6:33 p.m.

The Town Attorney discussed the need for Council decision on the Two Oaks project conditions.

Mr. Kehoe stated that he would like to set up a meeting with the other town councils/commissioners to talk about impact fees.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 6:48 p.m.
