TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: November 15, 2004; 8:31 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

PURPOSE: To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and personnel.

CITATION: §10-508(7), §10-508(a)(1).

PRESENT AT CONVENING: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, President, Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

The Town Attorney discussed the status of a contract and options available to the Town.

County Impact fees were discussed.

The Town Engineer discussed possible future contractual items for the Public Works Department.

ADJOURNMENT

The President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session at 8:37 p.m.
