TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

TIME & PLACE:  October 4, 2004; 8:27 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

 

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Ms. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Planner Mr. Hamilton, Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

 

PURPOSE:  To discuss real estate, advice of legal counsel and potential litigation.

 

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4), §10-508(a) (7) and §10-508(a) (8).

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

The Town Attorney discussed Ratcliffe Farms and their dispute with the Critical Area Commission.

 

The Town Planner departed at 8:30 p.m.

 

Mr. Jensen discussed the possibility of losing a major grocery store.

 

Mr. Bond departed the meeting at 8:54 p.m.

 

The Town Attorney stated that he needed direction for the Two Oaks project.

 

Ms. Jackson-Amis thanked the Council for their decision on the Community Legacy application.

 

At 9:05 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened into regular session.
