TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE:  September 7, 2004; 6:27 p.m., Town Council’s Chambers.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

PURPOSE:  To discuss personnel.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (1)(ii).

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Upon motion by Mr. Wendowski seconded by Mrs. Scott-Taylor and carried unanimously, the President of the Council went into Executive Session.

Mayor Willey discussed the Police Department’s grade step table.

At 6:46 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened into regular session.
