TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: August 2, 2004, 8:41 p.m.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski and Ms. Jackson-Amis. Also in attendance were Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Town Clerk Mr. Karge.

PURPOSE:  To discuss personnel, real estate and potential litigation.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (1)(ii) §10-508(a)(4), §10-508(a)(8), .

Discussion occurred regarding Easton Housing Authority property issues.

Mayor Willey discussed recent promotions at Easton Police Department.

The Town Attorney discussed the Adkins Avenue case. He stated that the judge vindicated the Town’s position.

At 9:17 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened into regular session.
