TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 5:01 p.m., July 29, 2004.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Wendowski, Mayor Robert C. Willey.

PURPOSE:  The appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (1)(i).

The Town Attorney arrived at 5:02 p.m.

Mayor Willey discussed the purpose of this meeting.

Mayor Willey discussed personnel issues.

Mrs. Scott-Taylor made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session seconded by Ms. Jackson-Amis and carried unanimously.

At 5:23 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session
