TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, and Assistant Town Planner Mr. Davis.

PURPOSE:  Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.

The Town Attorney discussed the County’s public hearing on the impact fees.

The Town Engineer, Mr. Glass arrived at 6:28 p.m.

The Town Attorney discussed sewer issues.

The Town Attorney discussed motor scooters.

At 6:55 p.m., the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session
