TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 9:58 p.m., July 6, 2004.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Engineer Mr. Glass, and Town Planner Mr. Hamilton.

PURPOSE:  Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (7) §10-508(a) (8).

Mr. Kehoe discussed a memo from the Assistant Town Attorney regarding the Critical Area Commission with regards to Bill 933.

Mayor Willey discussed the business decision that the County made on 142 N. Harrison Street.

Ms. Jackson-Amis discussed changing street names in Douglass Landing.

Sewer allocations were discussed for future developments.

At 10:07 p.m., Mr. Jensen made a motion to close the Executive Session seconded by Mrs. Scott-Taylor and carried unanimously.
