TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe, Town Engineer Mr. Glass, and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

PURPOSE:      To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the State and the advice of Counsel.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4) and §10-508(a) (7).

The President of the Council updated on the Bay Street property/movie complex deal

Discussion occurred regarding the east/west connector road.

The Town Attorney discussed property at Glenwood and bypass.
