TOWN OF EASTON, MARYLAND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

TIME & PLACE: 10:10 p.m., April 19, 2004.

Present: President of the Council Mr. Ford, Mrs. Scott-Taylor, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Wendowski, Ms. Jackson-Amis, Mayor Robert C. Willey, Town Attorney Mr. Kehoe and Economic Development Coordinator Mr. Bond.

PURPOSE:      To consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the St ate.

CITATION: §10-508(a) (4).

Theater negotiations and options were discussed.

At 10:27 p.m., upon motion by Mrs. Scott-Taylor seconded by Mr. Jensen, the President of the Council adjourned the Executive Session.
